The conference will be held at the Rydges Hotel, Melbourne, Australia over 29th and 30th October, 2024.

The hotel is ideally situated in Melbourne’s vibrant CBD, adjacent to Chinatown and a number of other classic Melbourne icons.

Airport Transport Options

Skybus
Rydges Melbourne is a short tram ride from the Skybus terminal at Spencer Street Station. This is accessible on a direct Skybus service from out the front of the terminal at the airport. Current costs for the Skybus service are $18 each way, but these may change without warning.

For those wishing to stay elsewhere in the city, the tram is also an excellent way to commute to the conference each day.

Shuttle Bus
Various Shuttle operators offer a Door-to-Door service from Melbourne Airport Terminals to the hotel in the CBD. Group discounts are often available.

Taxi or Rideshare
Taxis are a moderately inexpensive way to get to and from the airport. There is a designated taxi rank located out the front of both terminals, although one of the rideshare companies, such as Uber, may be slightly cheaper. Typical Rideshare costs vary but may still be in the vicinity of $50-$60.

Rental Car
Hiring a rental car at Melbourne Airport gives you the freedom to control your own schedule and explore what Victoria has to offer. Car rental desks are located on the arrivals level at Melbourne airport.
