Booking Options available will include:

2 Day Early-bird registrations for $295 (1 March – 30 April)

2 day Standard registrations for $355 (1 May – 17 September 2023)

Single day registrations for $190

Conference Dinner (16 September) $129

Please also note that a 50 cent booking fee applies to each ticket.

Refund Policy

We understand that sometimes peoples’ plans change for reasons beyond their control. We will be happy to refund 100% of registration fees up to 14 days prior to the event. Unfortunately we will be unable to offer refunds for cancellations after we have committed numbers to the hotel beyond 14 days before the event commences.

Networking Opportunities

A free welcome function to be held at the Rydges on the Monday evening from 1730-1930. Once again in 2025 this will be  sponsored by Southpac Aerospace.

Costs start from $251, room only, per night. Our allocation of rooms is limited however, and we recommend booking early to avoid disappointment.
