Registration

Sincere apologies, but due to conference room limitations and an overwhelming response to this year’s event, registration for PACDEFF 2023 is currently fully subscribed.

Registration – Please click here to go to the PACDEFF Standby Registration page where an expression of interest for the conference and dinner can be submitted. Registration links will be emailed as soon as there is a cancellation, on a first-in, first-served basis.

Booking Options available will include:

2 day Standard registrations for $295 (1 June – 12 September 2023)

Single day registrations for $160

Conference Dinner (12 September) $100

Please also note that a 50 cent booking fee applies to each ticket.

Refund Policy

We understand that sometimes peoples’ plans change for reasons beyond their control. We will be happy to refund 100% of registration fees up to 14 days prior to the event. Unfortunately we will be unable to offer refunds for cancellations after we have committed numbers to the hotel beyond 14 days before the event commences.

Networking Opportunities

A free welcome function to be held at the Crowne Plaza on the Monday evening from 1730-1900. Once again in 2023 this will be fully sponsored by Southpac Aerospace.

Accommodation – A link to the booking site for Rydges South Bank has been posted on the right hand side of the page. Costs are $249, room only, per night. Our allocation of rooms has now been fully subscribed and we would recommend contacting the hotel for the best available rate.
